Make sure to rent bikes ahead of time online and to buy your shuttle passes. Pack a picnic lunch and eat it on the trail. Ride through 10 old trail tunnels and experience gorgeous scenery. Bring a headlight to wear in the dark tunnels.

Stop at Tex Drive-In for some malasadas before you go and eat them at the Waipio Valley Lookout.

To get to the beach, you must take the 2 mile off-roading adventure perfect for a Jeep. If you aren’t up for Jeeping, you can also hike into the beach. The green sand is gorgeous and the cove is private and quiet. The water can be powerful so take caution.

Sublime Samaná Hotel & Residences – Dominican Republic Resort

Sublime Samaná Hotel and Residences is a great place to stay when visiting the Dominican Republic. The suites are clean and inviting, with a fully stocked kitchen. There are two restaurants, one right on the beach, and the food and service is great. This resort offers direct beach access. There are two large pools, a playground, and canopy beds to relax on. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Museum of Ice Cream – New York City Experience

The Museum of Ice Cream is a fun and interactive NYC experience that plays with your senses and makes you feel like a kid again. There is a slide and a giant sprinkle pool. There is a room full of bananas hanging from the ceiling and see-saws shaped like spoons. There are ice cream samples and cake pops shaped like ice cream cones. Closes May 1, 2020 and costs $39 a person.
